System for managing reports

Anyone who witnesses a situation of suspected or supposed unlawful conduct or a violation of laws, regulations and provisions of the Authorities, of the Code of Ethics of the Silvateam Group, of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and/or of internal policies and procedures, by any of the recipients of the Group's Code of Ethics can - and should - report it by writing an e-mail to wb@silvateam.com or by regular e-mail, in a sealed envelope for the attention of the Head of Internal Audit, at the headquarter of Silvateam S.p.A.

Silvateam guarantees the protection of those who report in good faith against any form of retaliation, harassment, discrimination or penalisation for reasons related, directly or indirectly, to the report. 

Silvateam is committed to analyse and verify the facts of all reports received, including anonymous reports.
